- Cancellation - you will be charged for the first night if reservations are not cancelled prior to 3 p.m. CST, 24 hrs. prior to arrival date.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Reservations must be received by January 18, 2024 in order to receive the ISHA rate. Reservation requests after this date will be confirmed on a space/rate available basis.

Parking
If you are not staying overnight, daily parking is available adjacent to the Convention Center. An elevated, enclosed pedestrian walkway connects the Donald E. Stephens Convention and Conference Center, two public parking garages and three hotels (Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Sofitel Chicago O'Hare, and Doubletree Hotel O'Hare Rosemont).
