2020 Illinois Benchmark Plan
The Affordable Care Act requires that certain insurance plans cover the 10 essential health benefits. The Benchmark Plan for a state is the plan, which other plans must use as a base. The 2020 IL Benchmark plan which has been approved covers both rehabilitation and habilitation speech therapy!
