The purpose of ISHA’s LDP is to teach participants to apply acquired knowledge and skills in future professional and volunteer leadership roles while building a strong pipeline of future leaders for ISHA volunteer roles.

- Maintain spreadsheet identifying participants’ volunteer roles in ISHA
- Complete pilot to offer CE-pilot in 25-26, first official offering in 26-27
- Implement a participant project as part of the program
