David Frazier II MEd, BS, HIS, COHC

I am a budding epistemologist, Hearing Scientist, and full-time doctoral student within Liberty University’s PhD program in the school of Health Sciences. My strongest quality is passion, and it is a fire that will not wither. I aspire to improve legislation, fair access, and treatment for the millions of individuals in Illinois with hearing and communication challenges. I serve as secretary/treasurer with the Illinois Hearing society and with Illinois Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission, I advocate for the people directly needing a voice at the decision table. Additionally, I serve on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the Student Involvement Committee within the Illinois Speech and Hearing Association. My career passion is to educate and embody the American creed that our diversity is our nation’s greatest strength.
