Early Intervention Provider Rate Increase

As a result of the Governor JB Pritzker's recent signing of the FY24 Budget, which is inclusive of the Smart Start Illinois Plan, there will be a rate increases to all 16 Core Early Intervention Services. The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services in partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services, Bureau of Early Intervention have agreed on the rate schedule required to implement the 10% rate increase. The rate schedule outlines the rate change for the applicable procedure codes.
