How to Register:

By MAIL / P.O. - CLICK HERE. Select "Pay Later" at check out, print a copy of your invoice and follow the instructions. (Organization's FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) is required when paying by P.O. or Invoice. Please include FEIN when submitting payment).
Note: Those registering multiple people are able to do so via the online system.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - Cancellations must be submitted in writing by January 21, 2021 in order to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed after this date. Please email email@example.com.
Speaker Handouts - Handouts will only be available via ISHA's Website (www.ishail.org). All handouts provided by both invited and submitted speakers will be available starting in January on the ISHA website.
