Palos Heights Chamber Expo and Health Fair

The Public Information and Marketing Committee of ISHA, South Cook County Speech-Language-Hearing Association Community Education Committee, and staff from the speech-language department in Palos Consolidated District 118 will be participating in the Palos Heights Chamber Expo and Health Fair.  It is free and open to the public.  The ISHA booth will be staffed by certified speech-language pathologists, who will provide brochures related to communication disorders and answer any questions.  This includes information on articulation or production of speech sounds, language disorders, voice, and stuttering.  Information on strokes, swallowing disorders, and hearing loss will also be available.  Information provided is appropriate for all ages from infants to geriatrics.  If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Denise Prohaska, committee chair at dprohaska@palos118.org.
